努力开创水利监督工作新格局 全面推动山西水利高质量发展

Strive to create a new pattern of supervision of the water sector and promote high-quality water development in Shanxi Province

立足新发展阶段,山西水利监督坚持政治引领、问题导向和目标导向,认真贯彻习近平总书记“十六字”治水思路,落实李国英部长“要把监督的网络覆盖到各层级的各类监督对象上”要求,从“巩固省级、提升市级、延伸县级”三方面着手,创新监督工作机制,建立了覆盖全行业、贯通省市县的工作体系,监督成效明显提升,全面推动水利高质量发展。研究分析了山西水利监督工作,提出了相应建议,为下一步监督工作提供了参考。

Entering into the new stage of development,Shanxi provincial water resources department adheres to the guidance of President Xi Jinping on water governance,take problem-orientated and goal-orientated approaches,in accordance with the requirement of Minister Li Guoying“to connect supervision network with all kinds of objects at all levels”.By consolidating supervision at the provincial level and upgrading management at municipal and county levels,an innovative supervision mechanism has been created that covers all industries and working circles.Improvements have been made in supervision and management that greatly promote high-quality water development.The study reviews the supervision work conducted in Shanxi province with suggestions for further improvement in the next stage.
