摘要
新型通用经纬仪检定装置针对平行光管结构进行了重新优化设计,具有提供瞄准目标、光电自准直和图像采集及处理三大功能。基于图像采集与处理的关键技术,通过CMOS相机光学成像系统实现分划板图像采集,利用图像处理软件解算出特征图像的中心位置,得到被测经纬仪光轴与目标光管光轴的夹角或者自准直的失准值,最终达到用图像识别和软件处理取代人眼瞄准的目的。该装置可减少经纬仪检定对测试人员熟练程度的依赖,减小瞄准误差,提高检定的准确度,缩短检定时间,提高工作效率。
This paper presents a new and universal design of the theodolite verification device,the main optimization is structure of collateral strip.The functions are supply of targets,capacity of photoelectric auto-collimation,image collection and processing.And image collection and processing is the key technology.It can collect image of collateral strip reticle based on CMOS camera optical imaging system.And then send the picture to processing software to resolve the center position of feature image.Sequentially,we will get optical axis intersection angle of its strip and the theodolite under inspection or we can get misalignment value of auto-collimation.We can achieve the goal that using image collection and processing to replace collimation of human eyes finally.Totally,the design can reduce the demand of proficiency and collimating fault of tester.Moreover,it can reduce test time,improve accuracy and work efficiency.
