摘要
为提高相噪测试系统测量的准确性,本文提出了一种基于高斯白噪声多点注入技术的测试误差修正方法。根据鉴相法测量相位噪声时各环节的误差项分析,构建了系统的误差修正模型。通过对模型输出结果的仿真,计算了锁相环路特性、基带信号处理通路(由LPF、LNA等组成)频响不平坦特性这两个主要误差因素的修正值。同时给出了其它误差项的修正方法,共同完成系统误差的修正。最后对误差修正后测试系统的不确定度进行分析,为后续误差修正模型的物理实现提供理论支撑。
In order to improve the accuracy of phase noise measurement system,an error correction method based on Gaussian white noise multi-spot injection technique is proposed in this paper.According to the analysis of the error terms of each link when measuring the phase noise by the phase-detection method,a systematic error correction model is constructed.Through the simulation of output results of the error correction model,the correction values of two main error factors,PLL characteristic and baseband signal processing( the channel includes LPF,LNA and other devices) flatness,are calculated.The correction methods of other main error factors are given,and they work together to correct the system error.Finally,the uncertainty of the test system after error correction is analyzed,which provides theoretical support for the physical realization of the subsequent error correction model.
