基于AHP方法的大学生就业创业影响因素研究

On Factors Influencing College Students’ Employment and Entrepreneurship Based on AHP Analysis

为促进大学生就业创业,以创业带动就业。可在研究相关文献基础上,进行影响因素筛选。创业行为选择受不同的主体影响,因而可建立对大学生创业有影响的个体、家庭、学校和社会等四个层面的因素指标体系,并进行层次分析法评价。结果表明,大学生创业主要影响因素包括个性特征、创业认知、家庭收入、创业教育、父母职业和支持程度等,这些研究可为高校完善创业人才培养方案和提高大学生创业资助政策提供实践指导和相应建议。

In order to promote college students’ employment and entrepreneurship and stimulate and expand employment by encouraging business startups,the paper,base on the researching of relevant literature,establishes influencing factor indicators including individual,family,school and society through questionnaires and case interviews and conducts evaluation by analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the factors affecting college students’ entrepreneurship include personality,entrepreneurial cognition,family income,entrepreneurial education,parents’ occupation and degree of support etc.which provides suggestions and practical guidance for colleges and universities to improve the program of entrepreneurial talent cultivation and the policy to enhance college students’ entrepreneurial funding.
