摘要
本文立足于交互视域,从人、信息服务、技术交互的视角来构建公共图书馆微服务评价指标体系,包括3个一级指标、6个二级指标、24个三级指标。为了更好地在交互视域下开展公共图书馆微服务评价研究,选择重庆图书馆微服务来开展实证分析,实证结果表明:重庆图书馆微服务水平总体较好,但还有较大的优化和改进空间,尤其是应在交互平等性、交互信息丰富性等评价值较低的指标方面努力,切实提高这些指标所代表的相应服务水平。
Based on the perspective of interaction,this paper constructs a public library microservice evaluation index system(3 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators,and 24 third-level indicators)from the perspective of human,information service,and technology interaction.In order to better carry out the evaluation of public library microservices from the perspective of interaction,Chongqing library microservices are selected to carry out empirical analysis.There is room for optimization and improvement,especially for focusing on strengthening the indicators with low evaluation values such as interactive equality and richness of interactive information.Thus,we could effectively improve the service level that these indicators representing.
