摘要
肝窦阻塞综合征(hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome,HSOS)是一种主要与造血干细胞移植和摄入吡咯里西啶生物碱(pyrrolizidine alkaloids,PAs)有关的疾病,若不有效治疗,可导致肝肾功能障碍甚至多器官衰竭而死亡。肝窦内皮细胞(liver sinusoidal endothelial cells,LSEC)是位于肝窦血流与肝实质细胞物质交换界面的一种细胞,是HSOS发病损伤机制的启动环节。本文对LSEC结构、功能及其在HSOS发病机制中的重要作用进行综述,并介绍HSOS潜在防治药物。
Hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome(HSOS)is a disease mainly associated with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and ingestion of pyrrolizidine alkaloids(PAs).It may cause hepatic and renal dysfunction or even multi-organ failure and death if not treated effectively.The liver sinusoidal endothelial cells(LSECs)are located at the interface as a permeable barrier between sinusoidal blood flow and hepatic parenchyma.Damage to LSECs initiates the pathologic process of HSOS.This article reviews the structure and function of LSEC and its crucial role in the pathogenesis of HSOS,and also introduces the potential prophylactic and treatment drugs for HSOS.
