荧光定量PCR在肺炎支原体感染早期诊断中的价值探索 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨荧光定量PCR检测肺炎支原体(MP)-DNA早期诊断MP感染的价值。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年11月本院187例确诊为肺炎疾病的患儿,分别采用荧光定量PCR检测MP-DNA和酶联免疫吸附法检测血清免疫球蛋白M(MP-IgM)。观察两种检查方法不同时间检测阳性率,两种方法及联合检测对不同年龄段患儿的检测阳性率。结果:MP-DNA和联合检测入组时,MP感染阳性率高于MP-IgM检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);入组1周、2周时,MP-DNA和联合检测MP感染阳性率高于MP-IgM检测,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MP-DNA、MP-IgM及联合检测的年龄<4岁、4~7岁、7~10岁和≥10岁患儿最终MP感染阳性率相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。进一步分析显示,联合检测高于MP-DNA检测的年龄主要在<4岁和4~7岁,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:荧光定量PCR检测MP-DNA早期诊断MP感染的价值不低于MP-DNA和MP-IgM联合检测。 Objective:To study the clinical value of fluorescence quantitative DNA detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP).Methods:187 children diagnosed with pneumonia in our hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were selected.MP-DNA was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR and serum immunoglobulin M(MP-IgM) was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The positive rates of the two methods at different times were observed,and the positive rates of the two methods and the combined detection for children of different ages were observed.Results:The positive rate of MP infection was higher than that of MP IgM when mp-dna and MP-IgM were detected,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of MP-DNA combination with MP-IgM were higher than those of MP-IgM at 1 and 2 weeks,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).MP-DNA,MP-IgM and combined detection of <4 years old,4~7 years old,7~10 years old and ≥10 years old had no significant difference in the final MP infection positive rate(P>0.05).Further analysis showed that the age of combined detection was higher than MP-DNA detection mainly in <4 years old and 4~7 years old,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The value of MP-DNA detected n early diagnosis of MP infection is no less than that of MP-DNA combined with MP-IgM.
