蓝芩口服液治疗扁桃体炎发热的临床效果

Clinical effect of Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of tonsillitis fever

目的:分析蓝芩口服液在治疗扁桃体发热中的临床应用效果。方法:选择本门诊于2019年7月至2020年7月期间收治的88例扁桃体炎发热患儿,对两组患儿均给予常规治疗,按照随机数表法的方式将所有患儿平均分为对照组(44例,实施头孢硫脒治疗),观察组(44例,实施蓝芩口服液),治疗结束后对比两组患儿的治疗总有效率、治疗前后的生活质量评分、C反应蛋白以及白细胞计数。结果:治疗前,两组患儿的C反应蛋白、白细胞计数及生活质量评分相差不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实施蓝芩口服液治疗的观察组患儿治疗总有效率以及生活质量评分均要分别高于实施头孢硫脒治疗的对照组患儿治疗总有效率及生活质量评分,同时观察组患儿的C反应蛋白、白细胞计数要低于对照组患儿的白细胞计数,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对发生扁桃体炎发热患儿在常规治疗的基础上增加蓝芩口服液治疗,可以有效提高患儿临床治疗效果,缓解患儿临床症状,改善患儿生活质量,有利于促进患儿的疾病康复,值得大力推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of Lanqin Oral Liquid in the treatment of tonsil fever.Method:Select 88 children with tonsillitis and fever admitted in this outpatient clinic from July 2019 to July 2020.Both groups of children were given conventional treatment,and all the children were divided equally into controls according to the random number table method.Group(44 cases,implemented cefathiamidine treatment),observation group(44 cases,implemented Lanqin oral liquid),after the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment,the quality of life score before and after treatment,C-reactive protein and White blood cell count.Results:Before treatment,there was little difference in C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and quality of life score between the two groups of children,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,children in the observation group who were treated with Lanqin Oral Liquid were treated The total effective rate and quality of life scores were respectively higher than the total effective rate and quality of life scores of children in the control group treated with cefathiamidine.At the same time,the C-reactive protein and white blood cell counts of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The differences in white blood cell counts were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with tonsillitis and fever,adding Lanqin Oral Liquid to the conventional treatment can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of the children,relieve the clinical symptoms of the children,improve the quality of life of the children,and promote the disease of the children Rehabilitation is worthy of vigorous promotion.
