低频神经肌肉治疗仪结合康复训练对前列腺术后患者尿失禁及生活质量的影响

Effects of low frequency neuromuscular therapeutic apparatus combined with rehabilitation training on urinary incontinence and quality of life of patients after prostate surgery

目的:探讨低频神经肌肉治疗仪结合康复训练对前列腺术后患者尿失禁及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年7月期间经尿道前列腺术后尿失禁患者54例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=27例)和对照组(n=27例),对照组采用常规护理联合康复训练,观察组在常规护理基础上采用低频神经肌肉治疗仪结合康复训练,比较两组患者护理后排尿症状、膀胱功能变化以及生活质量评分。结果:干预后,观察组患者日排尿次数、单次排尿量、膀胱内压力、膀胱容量均高于对照组,残余尿量、膀胱功能评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者心理能力、社会能力、躯体能力以及物质生活四个指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在经尿道前列腺术后产生尿失禁患者中采用低频神经肌肉治疗仪结合康复训练进行干预,可以改善患者排尿症状,增强膀胱功能,减少残余尿量,可以提高生活质量,改善心理情绪。

Objective:To explore the effect of low-frequency neuromuscular therapy combined with rehabilitation training on urinary incontinence and quality of life in patients after prostate surgery.Methods:From January 2021 to July 2021,54 patients with urinary incontinence after transurethral prostatic surgery were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=27 cases) and control group(n=27 cases).The control group was adopted Routine nursing combined with rehabilitation training.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group used low-frequency neuromuscular therapy and rehabilitation training to compare urinary symptoms,changes in bladder function,and quality of life scores between the two groups after nursing.Results:After the intervention,the observation group’s daily urination frequency,single urination volume,bladder pressure,and bladder volume were higher than those of the control group,and the residual urine volume and bladder function scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,The mental ability,social ability,physical ability and material life scores of patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with urinary incontinence after transurethral prostate surgery,the use of low-frequency neuromuscular therapy combined with rehabilitation training can improve urination symptoms,enhance bladder function,reduce residual urine volume,improve quality of life,and improve psychological mood.
