护理干预在重症监护室(ICU)脑出血患者预防肺部感染中的应用效果分析

Effect of nursing intervention on preventing pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in ICU

目的:研究护理干预在重症监护室(ICU)脑出血患者预防肺部感染中的应用效果。方法:本次研究中所有纳入样本均来自于我院收治的重症监护室(ICU)脑出血患者,对2019年1月至2020年12月期间患者情况进行了解并确定研究对象后,纳入本次研究的样本共60例。在本次研究中共设置对照组以及观察组两个不同的小组,在保证组间样本容量无差异的基础上将患者随机分成两组,随后为不同小组患者制定对应的护理方案并开展组间对比。结果:本次研究中观察组患者的护理方案选择为护理干预,开展组间对比的过程中发现,不同小组患者的肺部感染发生率、住院时间、不良反应发生情况以及护理满意度差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:在为重症监护室(ICU)脑出血患者开展护理服务的过程中,为患者开展护理干预可以有效的避免患者治疗期间出现肺部感染,同时也可以避免各种不良反应的发生,缩短患者的康复时间,因此值得在临床中进行推广。

Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on preventing pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:All the included samples in this study were from patients with cerebral hemorrhage in intensive care unit(ICU)in our hospital.After screening the patients from January 2019 to December 2020,60 patients were included in this study sample.In this study,two different groups,the control group and the observation group,were set up,and patients were randomly divided into two groups on the basis of ensuring that there was no difference in sample size between the groups.Then,corresponding nursing schemes were formulated for patients in different groups and compared among groups.Results:In this study,the nursing scheme of patients in the observation group was nursing intervention.During the comparison between groups,it was found that there were significant differences in the incidence of pulmonary infection,hospital stay,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction among patients in different groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of nursing service for patients with cerebral hemorrhage in intensive care unit(ICU),nursing intervention for patients can effectively avoid pulmonary infection during treatment,and at the same time,it can also avoid the occurrence of various adverse reactions and shorten the recovery time of patients,so it is worth promoting in clinic.
