循环经济视阈下兰州市家庭废弃药品回收模式创新研究

Research on the innovative model of recycling household discarded drugs in Lanzhou City from the perspective of circular economy

结合对兰州市居民参与家庭废弃药品回收情况进行的调研结果,分析了兰州市居民处理家庭废弃药品和参与回收活动的现状,从中找到在循环经济视阈下兰州市居民参与家庭废弃药品回收中存在的问题,并基于此提出适合兰州市家庭废弃药品回收的有效模式,如“政府机构+社区卫生服务中心回收+激励机制”和“政府机构+固定药店+激励机制”的模式等,进一步增强兰州市家庭废弃药品回收的效果。

Combined with the survey results of residents’participation in household discarded drug recycling in Lanzhou,this paper analyzed the current situation of residents’treatment of household waste drugs and participation in recycling activities,so that the problems can be found out which existing in Lanzhou residents’participation in household waste drug recycling from the perspective of circular economy.Based on these problems,some effective models suitable for the recycling of waste medicines from households are proposed to further enhance the effect of recycling waste medicines from households in Lanzhou,such as the model of"government agency+community health service center recycling+incentive mechanism"and"government agency+fixed pharmacy+incentive mechanism".
