华南地区农村生活污水处理的标准体系现状——以广东省为例

Development status of standard system for domestic wastewater treatment in rural areas of South China——Taking Guangdong Province as an example

农村生活污水的有效处理是构建和谐农村人居环境的重要一环,十三五期间,广东省农村生活污水的治理进入了关键建设期,大量市县正在开展关于农村生活污水的前期工作、设计、施工和运行,故构建与之配套的排放标准、技术规程和运行维护的标准化体系,对提高工作效率、降低成本具有重要的意义。在梳理广东省已经出台的农村生活污水处理的标准化文件的基础上,通过分析其与城镇污水厂排放标准、广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》和国内其他地区标准的差异,探讨其在华南地区的适用性,并就标准自身存在的问题进行剖析并提供相关建议。

The effective treatment of rural domestic sewage is an important part of building a harmonious rural human settlements.During 13th Five-Year period,treatment of rural domestic sewage in Guangdong Province is entering a key period,and many preliminary work,design,construction and operation of rural domestic sewage is in process in many cities.Therefore,it is very meaningful for improving work efficiency and reducing the cost that building the supporting standard system of matching Discharge standard,Technical specification and Operation and maintenance standard.This article combed the standardized documents of rural domestic sewage treatment issued in Guangdong Province,and analyzed the differences between these standard systems,Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater,Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants and similar standards of other regions in China.The applicability of these standards in South China is also discussed.It analyzed the problems existing in these standard systems themself and provided relevant suggestions.
