复合益生素对热应激肉鸡肠道功能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Compound Probiotics on Intestinal Function of Broiler Chickens under Heat Stress

摘要 通过试验观察在热应激条件下,益生素制剂对白羽肉鸡生产性能、肠道屏障功能、炎症反应及抗氧化修复作用的影响。21日龄白羽肉鸡每天进行8 h热应激处理,日粮中添加复合益生素,42日龄结束。结果表明,与对照相比,益生素组肠黏膜致炎因子和抑炎因子降低,且核因子κB(NFκB)和Toll样受体5(TLR-5)mRNA的相对表达水平下调;钙黏蛋白E(E-cadherin)、紧密连接蛋白(Occlaudin)和紧密连接蛋白ZO-1(ZO-1)、黏液素(MUC-2)和黏膜上皮细胞黏蛋白(MUC-5ac)mRNA表达水平降低;血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的水平显著升高。表明日粮中添加益生素能缓解热应激对白羽肉鸡造成的损伤。 The effects of prebiotic preparations on production performance,intestinal barrier function,in⁃flammatory response and antioxidant repair of white-feathered broiler chickens were observed through ex⁃periments under heat stress conditions.The 21-day-old white-feathered broiler chickens were treated with heat stress for 8 hours every day,and compound probiotics were added to the diet.The trial ended when the white-feathered broiler chickens reached 42 days of age.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the pro-inflammatory factors and anti-inflammatory factors were decreased;and the relative expression levels of nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)and Toll-like receptor 5 mRNA(TLR-5)mRNA were down-regulated;calcium Decreased mRNA expression levels of E-cadherin,occlaudin and claudin ZO-1(ZO-1),mucin(MUC-2)and mucosal epithelial cell mucin(MUC-5ac)were decreased;se⁃rum levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and total antioxidant capaci⁃ty(T-AOC)were significantly increased in the probiotics group.It was shown that adding prebiotics to the diet could alleviate the damage caused by heat stress to white-feathered broiler chickens.
