基于LF398的超声成像测井仪峰值检测模块设计

摘要 在石油开采过程中,井下超声电视成像测井仪可以直观地观察井壁和套管状况。然而,井下工作环境存在钻井液密度大、温度高、压力大等复杂状况,容易引起测井时回波信号衰减严重、电视成像效果不佳等问题。针对上述问题,设计了一种基于LF398的超声成像测井仪回波峰值检测模块。经过电路设计开发、实验与测试,基于LF398的峰值检测模块精确度高、成像效果佳、功耗低,优点显著,能准确地提取回波信号的峰值幅度,达到了井下超声成像测井仪对峰值检测电路的要求,很好地完成了超声成像测井仪的数据采集与处理任务。 In the process of oil exploitation,the downhole ultrasonic television imaging logging tool can be used to visually observe the condition of borehole wall and casing.However,the downhole working environment has complex conditions such as high drilling fluid density,high temperature and high pressure,which leads to serious attenuation of echo signal and poor TV imaging effect during logging.To solve the above problems,this paper designs an echo peak detection module of ultrasonic imaging logging tool based on IF398.Through circuit design and development,experiment and test,it shows that the peak detection module based on IF398 has high accuracy,good imaging effect,low power consumption and significant advantages.It can accurately extract the peak amplitude of echo signal,which meets the requirements of downhole ultrasonic imaging logging tool for peak detection circuit,and completes the data acquisition and processing task of ultrasonic imaging logging tool.
