摘要
尼日利亚宗格鲁水电站是由中国电力工程有限公司牵头,与中国水电组成“CNEEC-SINOHYDRO”联合体,采用设计、采购、施工总承包方式(Engineering Procurement Construction,EPC)进行建设的。电站厂房内共安装4台单机容量175 MW的立轴混流式水轮发电机组,全部由GE通用电气水电设备(中国)公司供货。本文主要介绍其首台水轮发电机组(1#机)转子现场安装施工工艺。
Zonglu Hydropower Station in Nigeria is a"CNEEC-SINOHYDRO"consortium led by China Power Engineering Co.,Ltd.and Sinohydro,which is constructed by means of general contracting for design,procurement and construction(EPC).Four vertical shaft Francis turbine generator units with a single unit capacity of 175MW are installed in the powerhouse of the power station,all of which are supplied by GE Hydropower Equipment(China).This paper mainly introduces the on-site installation and construction technology of the rotor of its first hydro generator unit(1#turbine).
