摘要
针对海上油田压裂液体系及工艺现状,开展高效压裂液体系研发及配套工艺研究,形成了高效海水基压裂液体系配方。该配方添加剂种类少,仅由稠化剂、交联剂、破胶剂组成;稠化剂速溶时间小于30 s,耐盐性大于40000 mg/L,可通过加量的调节实现压裂液体系功能的改变。施工无须连续混配撬及缓冲液罐,简化了施工流程,降低了占地面积,节省了平台空间,可有效加大海上平台压裂规模,提高施工效率。
In view of the current situation of fracturing fluid system and technology in offshore oilfields,this paper carries out research and development of high-efficiency fracturing fluid system and supporting process research,and forms a formulation of high-efficiency seawater-based fracturing fluid system.Instant solution time of thickener is less than 30s,salt tolerance is more than 40000mg/L,and the function of fracturing fluid system can be changed by adjusting the dosage.The construction does not require continuous mixing skids and buffer tanks,which simplifies the construction process,reduces the floor space,saves the platform space,and can effectively increase the fracturing scale and construction efficiency of the offshore platform.
