Patent Operation Risk and Prevention Suggestions of Jiangsu Higher Vocational Colleges

专利运营率对于评价高校创新能力至关重要。从现有资料来看,专利运营率在我国高校中尚不足10%,大量有价值的专利被闲置浪费。鉴于此,根据江苏省高职院校专利运营的特点,借鉴知识产权官网统计资料及现有学术资料,结合相关理论对高职院校专利运营存在的风险进行分析,并从法律、市场环境、人才培养以及运营投入等角度提出专利运营风险防控建议。

The patent operation rate is very important to evaluate the innovation ability of colleges and universities.According to the existing data,the patent operation rate is less than 10%in China's colleges and universities,and there is a large amount of valuable patent idle waste.In view of this,according to the characteristics of patent operation of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province,drawing on the statistical data of intellectual property official website and existing academic materials,this paper analyzes the risks existing in patent operation of higher vocational colleges by using risk management theory and patent commercialization theory,and puts forward suggestions on patent operation risk prevention and control from the perspectives of law,market environment,talent training and operation investment.
