青贮玉米汁与林可霉素对小鼠生长和生理生化指标的影响

Effects of Silage Corn Juice and Lincomycin on Growth and Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Mice

摘要 本试验研究饮用青贮玉米汁对小鼠生长、肠道及血液等指标的影响,旨在促进减抗替抗及玉米资源的利用。144只小鼠随机均分为4组,分别饮用蒸馏水(对照)、5%和10%的玉米汁及60mg/L的抗生素(林可霉素)水溶液,测定其生长性能、排便指标、小肠推进指标、血清指标等。结果显示,和对照组相比,5%玉米汁处理组和抗生素组小鼠平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),血清瘦素、雌激素含量显著降低(P<0.05);5%玉米汁处理组小肠重量与小肠长度的比值显著高于对照组和其他处理组(P<0.05),6h内排粪粒数、绒毛长度与隐窝深度比值均高于其他组。这表明饲喂5%的玉米汁可替代林可霉素。 To promote the reduction of antibiotic use and enlarge the utilization of corn resources,this study investigated the effect of drinking silage corn juice on growth,intestinal tract and blood parameters of mice.The selected 144 mice were randomly divided into four groups drinking 0,5%and 10%silage corn juice and 60 mg/L lincomycin solution,respectively.The growth performance,defecation,small intestine propulsion and serum indicators were detected.The results showed that compared with the control,the average daily gain of mice of the 5%silage corn juice and antibiotic group increased significantly(P<0.05),and the contents of serum leptin and estrogen decreased significantly(P<0.05).The ratio of small intestine weight to length under 5%silage corn juice treatment was significantly higher than that under the control and other treatments(P<0.05),and the number of fecal particles within 6 h and the ratio of villus length to crypt depth were higher than those under other treatments.These results indicated that feeding 5%silage corn juice could replace lincomycin.
