QCC活动在PICC置管新生儿中的应用

Application of QCC activities in neonates with PICC

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)置管新生儿中的应用效果。方法选取南阳市某医院2019年4月—2020年3月开展QCC活动前行PICC置管的39例新生儿作为对照组,选取2020年4月—2021年3月开展QCC活动后行PICC置管的39例新生儿作为观察组。对照组新生儿采用常规护理,观察组新生儿在对照组基础上开展QCC活动,2组新生儿均持续护理至出院。比较2组新生儿静脉炎发生情况及护士开展QCC活动前后相关知识认知水平。结果观察组新生儿静脉炎发生率为20.51%(8/39),低于对照组的5.13%(2/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P=0.042)。开展QCC活动后护士相关知识认知水平优于开展QCC活动前,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.753,P=0.006)。结论开展QCC活动能够减少PICC置管新生儿静脉炎的发生,提升护士相关知识认知水平。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in neonates with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods Thirty-nine neonates who underwent PICC placement before QCC activities in a hospital in Nanyang from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the control group,and 39 neonates who underwent PICC placement after QCC activities from April 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group.The neonates in the control group were given conventional care,while the neonates in the observation group were given QCC activities on the basis of the control group,and both groups were given continuous care until discharge.The incidence of phlebitis in the two groups and the awareness level of relevant knowledge of the nurses before and after QCC activities were compared.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 20.51%(8/39)compared with 5.13%(2/39)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P=0.042).The level of nurses′knowledge was better after QCC activities,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.753,P=0.006).Conclusion QCC activities can reduce the occurrence of phlebitis in PICC-inserted neonates and improve nurses′knowledge.
