摘要
农村职业教育植根于我国深层次的乡土文化土壤中,是被历史逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑验证的重要教育形式。新时代,我国农村职业教育要坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的“五大发展理念”,坚持主体、形式与内容,学历教育与职业培训,以及城乡教育资源的“三个一体化”发展。面对乡村振兴过程中,从“礼治”走向“法治”、从“低质”走向“高效”的治理文化与经济文化诉求,农村职业教育要明确改革发展的文化向度,持续强化文化职能建设。
Rural vocational education is rooted in the deep soil of our country's native culture and is an important form of education verified by historical logic,theoretical logic,and practical logic.In the new era,our country's rural vocational education must adhere to the"five development concepts"of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing,and adhere to the"three integrated"development of main body,form and content,academic education and vocational training,and urban and rural educational resources.In the process of rural revitalization,from"rule of courtesy"to"rule of law"and from"low quality"to"efficient"governance culture and economic and cultural demands,rural vocational education must be conducted on the basis of the clarification of its cultural dimension of reform and development,and the efforts at the sustained strengthening of its cultural functions.
