转化医学视角下卓越医学人才培养模式探索——以南方医科大学临床医学专业为例

Research on the outstanding medical talents training mode from the perspective of translational medicine:Taking the clinical medicine major of Southern Medical University as an example

卓越医学人才培养计划是中国为培养高素质、精业务、具备国际化视野的创新型复合医学人才推行的一项重要教学改革措施。目前,该项人才培养计划处于起步阶段,仍缺乏行之有效、发展成熟的人才培养模式可供参考。文章在理解卓越医学人才培养内涵的基础上,对南方医科大学推行的转化医学视角下卓越医学人才培养模式的现状进行分析,围绕卓越医学人才培养目标,提出关于课程改革、临床和科研思维培养、临床实践技能和实验技能培训等方面的对策探讨,以期探索符合卓越创新医学人才培养定位的新路径。

Outstanding medical talents training program is an important teaching reform measure for cultivating innovative composite medical talents with high quality,excellent professional ability and international vision in China.However,this talent training program is still in its early stages ad lacks effective and mature talent training mode.Based on understanding the connotation of cultivating outstanding medical talents,this paper analyzed the current status of outstanding talent training mode from the perspective of translational medicine carried out in Southern Medi-cal University,focused on the objective of outstanding medical talent cultivation and proposed the countermeasures of curriculum reform,cultivation of clinical and academic thinking as well as skills training of clinical practice and experiment practice,so as to explore new path which con-forms to cultivation of outstanding innovative medical talents.
