模拟医学教育在产前超声教学中的应用与展望 被引量:3

摘要 产前超声诊断是超声医学的重点和难点,完整有效的产前超声评估对孕妇及胎儿的安全有着重要意义。然而,目前传统的产前超声教学存在培训周期长、培训难度大等问题。模拟医学教育是临床实践教学重要的辅助手段,计算机、数字信息、虚拟仿真技术在医学领域的应用,为模拟医学教育快速发展创新提供了条件。模拟医学教学作为一种新型教学方法,为产前超声教学提供了安全、无风险的学习环境并能有效提高学员的操作能力。文章主要阐述了目前产前超声教学的现状,以及模拟医学教育在产前超声教学中的应用情况,并对未来的挑战进行了展望。 Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis is the emphasis and difficulty of ultrasound medi-cine.Complete and effective prenatal ultrasound evaluation is of great significance to the safety of pregnant women and fetuses.However,many difficulties,including long period of training and difficult training,still exist in traditional prenatal ultrasound teaching.Simulation based medical education is an important auxiliary method for clinical practice teaching.The application of com-puter,digital information,and virtual simulation technology in the medical field provides possi-bility for the rapid development and innovation of medical education.As a new type of teaching method,simulation based medical education provides a safe and risk-free learning environment for prenatal ultrasound teaching and can effectively improve students'operational ability.This paper mainly describes the current situation of prenatal ultrasound teaching and the application of simulation based medical education in prenatal ultrasound teaching,and makes prospect on the future challenges.
