手术室虚拟仿真系统在护理本科生毕业实习教学中的应用与效果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨虚拟仿真系统在护理专业手术室毕业实习教学中的应用及其效果。方法该研究选取2020年8—10月在中国医科大学附属医院手术室毕业实习的2016级护理专业72名学生,随机分为两组,对照组(n=36)采用传统实习带教模式,试验组(n=36)采用基于虚拟仿真系统的教学模式。经过共八周临床实习,比较两组的操作和理论考核成绩以及教学效果问卷调查结果。结果试验组的考核成绩均明显高于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护生在对于系统使用、辅助操作学习、提高熟练程度和激发学习兴趣等方面表示认可。结论基于手术室虚拟仿真系统的教学模式有利于提高护理专业学生在手术室毕业实习的学习效果。 Objective To discuss the application and evaluation of virtual simulation system in the graduation practice teaching of operating room for nursing majors.Methods A total of 72 nursing students enrolled in 2016 who participated in the graduation practice in operating room in the affiliated hospital of China Medical University from August to October,2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 students in each.The traditional practice teaching mode was applied in the control group,while the teaching mode based on virtual simulation system was used in the teaching of the experimental group.After eight weeks of clinical practice,the operational and theoretical assessment results as well as the results of teaching effect question-naire survey of the two groups were compared.Results The assessment scores of the experi-mental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference in data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students in the experimental group recognized the effect of using the system,assistance of operation learning,improvement of proficiency and stimulating interest in learning,etc.Conclusion The teaching mode based on the virtual simula-tion system in operating room is feasible and beneficial to improve the learning effect of the nur-sing students in the graduation practice.
