冷凝凝并装置深度脱除多污染物性能研究

摘要 新疆石河子地区高能耗企业较多,冬天雾霾较为严重,大气能见度较低。基于该区域冬季环境温度低,较易获得冷源的自然优势,在新疆某电厂330MW机组的脱硫塔除雾器上方设置冷凝凝并装置,利用两级冷凝循环系统,对湿法脱硫净烟气进行两级冷凝,一级冷凝温度约3~5℃,二级冷凝温度约10~20℃;通过脱硫净烟气降温,在烟气中建立过饱和水汽环境,促进污染物的相态转变与凝并长大,从而实现可过滤颗粒物、PM_(10)、SO_(3)及可凝结颗粒物等多污染物的协同脱除。结果表明:在湿法脱硫的基础上加装二级冷凝凝并装置可有效提高烟气中多种污染物的协同脱除效果,降低多种污染物的排放浓度,可过滤颗粒物浓度由29.3mg/m^(3)降至7.3mg/m^(3),综合脱除效率约为75%;PM_(10)浓度分别由1.2×10^(7)个/cm^(3)(数量浓度)、27.6mg/m^(3)(质量浓度)降至1.1×10^(6)个/cm^(3)(数量浓度)、4.1mg/m^(3)(质量浓度),综合脱除效率分别约为91%和85%;SO_(3)的浓度由2.7mg/m^(3)降至0.23mg/m^(3),综合脱除效率约为92%;可凝结颗粒物浓度可由66.3mg/m^(3)降至9.9mg/m^(3),综合脱除效率约为84%。所述冷凝凝并装置的应用可为同类工程提供参考。 Due to many enterprises with high energy consumption in Shihezi,Xinjiang,the haze is more serious and atmospheric visibility is low in winter.In this paper,based on natural advantages of low ambient temperature in winter,the novel process for multiple pollutant simultaneous removal was proposed.Two stage condensation and coagulation system was established above the demister of wet flue gas desulfurization system,and thus the wet desulfurized flue gas would be cooled and condensed.In first stage condensation and coagulation system,the flue gas temperature drop was about 3~5℃.In second stage condensation and coagulation system,the flue gas temperature drop was in the range of 10~20℃.The supersaturated vapor environment could be achieved in two stage condensation and coagulation system,the phase change and coagulation of different pollutants might occur in flue gas temperature decreasing process,which was beneficial for the simultaneous removal of filterable particulate matter,PM_(10),SO_(3) and condensable particulate matter in this process.The simultaneous removal performance of filterable particulate matter,PM_(10),SO_(3)and condensable particulate matter in flue gas are tested and analyzed in a condensation and coagulation system which belongs to one thermal power plant(330MW).The results indicate that the application of two stage condensation and coagulation system above wet desulfurization can effectively improve the simultaneous removal of multiple pollutants in flue gas,the concentration of filterable particulate matter can be decreased from 29.3mg/m^(3)to 7.3mg/m^(3)with the comprehensive removal efficiency of about 75%.The concentration of PM_(10)can be decreased from 1.2×10^(7)/cm^(3)(in number)and 27.6mg/m^(3)(in mass to 1.1)×10^(6)/cm^(3)(in number)and 4.1 mg/m^(3)(in mass),with the comprehensive removal efficiency of about 91%and 85%,respectively.The concentration of SO_(3)can be decreased from 2.7 mg/m^(3)to 0.23 mg/m^(3)with the comprehensive removal efficiency of about 92%.The concentration of condensable particulate matter can be decreased from 66.3 mg/m^(3) to 9.9 mg/m^(3) with the comprehensive removal efficiency of about 84%.The condensation and coagulation scheme can provide reference for similar projects.
