考虑技术、经济和环境因素的静止无功补偿器最优配置

摘要 维持线路稳定、改善电压分布、最大限度地减少实际功率损耗和减少碳排放是电力系统运行中最重要的问题之一。柔性交流输电系统(Flexible AC Transmission System,FACTS)装置,如静止无功补偿器(Static Var Compensator,SVC)可提高线路稳定性,改善电压分布,并将功率损耗和发射降至最低。因此,FACTS装置在电力系统中的配置至关重要。由于其安装成本较高,研究其在电力系统中SVC的最优配置问题具有重要意义。基于此,在SVC配置过程中综合考虑了经济和环境问题,同时使用快速电压稳定指数(Fast Voltage Stability Index,FVSI)检测线路的严重性,然后将SVC放置在已识别的关键节点上,以节省计算时间和搜索空间。 Maintaining line stability,improving voltage distribution,minimizing real power losses,and reducing carbon emissions are among the most important issues in power system operation.Flexible AC Transmission System(FACTS)devices such as Static Var Compensator(SVC)increase line stability,improve voltage distribution,and minimize power losses and emissions.Therefore,the configuration of FACTS devices in the power system is crucial.However,due to its high installation cost,it is of great significance to study the optimal configuration of SVC in power systems.In this paper,economic and environmental issues are comprehensively considered in the SVC configuration process,and the Fast Voltage Stability Index(FVSI)is used to detect the severity of the line,and then the SVC is placed on the identified key nodes respectively to save calculation time and search space.
