基于现场可编程门阵列的步进电机控制系统设计

摘要 步进电机凭借其运行成本较低、控制简便精准、误差不累积等诸多优点被广泛应用于社会生产生活中,但是传统的步进电机开环控制方式能耗、延迟较高,无法做到精准高效控制。基于此,设计一种基于现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)的步进电机控制系统,提高步进电机控制精度并降低能耗,具有较高的实际应用价值。 Stepper motors are widely used in social production and life due to their low operating costs,simple and accurate control,and no accumulation of errors.However,the traditional open-loop control method of stepper motors has high energy consumption and high delay,and cannot achieve accurate efficient control.Based on this,a stepper motor control system based on Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)is designed to improve the control accuracy of the stepper motor and reduce the energy consumption,which has high practical application value.
