摘要
近年来,随着电网架构的不断加强,电网设备尤其是输电设备增长快速,吉林电网位于东北电网的中部,北连黑龙江电网,南接辽宁电网,西临内蒙古东部电网,在满足全省电力供应的同时,还是东北电网北电南送的重要通道。目前,吉林500 kV电网结构进一步完善,省内形成两横两纵“井”字形电网结构,西部电网与扎鲁特特高压直流建成两个外送通道,各地区220 kV电网形成环网结构。随着输电系统的快速发展,传统的运维方式在输电线路本体运维方面存在很大的压力,而随着经济发展,高速、高铁等穿越高压线路的情况越来越多,“三跨”区段的设备安全问题愈加突出,如何提高输电本体运维效率,加强本体运维状态监测,是一个亟待解决的问题。基于北斗定位技术,对电力铁塔倒伏监测与预警技术展开了研究。
In recent years,with the continuous strengthening of power grid structure,power grid equipment,especially transmission equipment,has grown rapidly.Jilin Power Grid is located in the middle of Northeast power grid,connected to Heilongjiang power grid in the north,Liaoning power grid in the South and Eastern Inner Mongolia power grid in the West.At the same time,it is also an important channel for North to South power transmission of Northeast power grid.At present,Jilin’s 500 kV power grid structure has been further improved.A two horizontal and two vertical“well”power grid structure has been formed in the province.Two transmission channels have been built between the western power grid and Zarut HVDC,and 220 kV power grids in various regions have formed a ring network structure.With the rapid development of the transmission system,the traditional operation and maintenance mode has great pressure on the operation and maintenance of the transmission line.With the economic development,there are more and more high-speed and high-speed railways crossing high-voltage lines,and the equipment safety problem in the“three span”section is becoming more and more prominent.How to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the transmission line and strengthen the operation and maintenance status monitoring of the transmission line,is an urgent problem to be solved.
