摘要
随着国防信息化建设的飞速发展,训练基地不断加强对通信网络硬件设施的投入。为保障通信网络健康、正常运行,建设一套稳定、高效且经济环保的供电系统对作训演练和应急指挥保障具有重要的作用。目前,根据使用环境可供通信基站使用的电源种类主要包括市电、柴油发电机、汽油及燃气轮发电机、风能发电、太阳能光伏发电、风光互补发电等。其中太阳能和风能等可再生能源发电在我国的应用越来越广泛,其发电、储能与供能等环节是备受关注的问题,因此从风光互补发电效能预测、逆变整流效率以及储放容量3个方面进行约束性和耦合性研究,阐述采用脉宽调制方式进行无级卸荷控制,对蓄电池充放电进行最佳保护。
With the rapid development of national defense information technology in recent years.Training base will continue to increase investment in communication infrastructure.In order to ensure the stable and healthy operation of the communication network,an economic,stable and environmentally friendly energy system is an important role in combat training and emergency communication.At present,base station power supply system for a variety of installation environments such as electric supply,diesel generator,gasoline generator,gas-turbine driven generator,wind power generator,solar generator and hybrid wind solar power system etc.Currently,solar energy and wind energy are widely used as renewable energy resources,and the power generation,energy storage,energy supply,and other links of these energy resources are issues that get a lot of attention.Therefore,this thesis studies the bonding and coupling of the following three aspects:efficiency prediction of solar-wind complementary power generation,the efficiency of inverter rectification and storage capacity,in order to expound the continuously variable discharging control using pulse width modulation stepless control to best protect the charge and discharge of the battery.
