基于机器视觉的六面外观检测与分拣系统的设计与实现

摘要 为了实现产品六面外观检测并剔除不合格品的自动化作业问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉的六面外观检测与分拣系统。首先,初步构思了一套检测与分拣系统整体方案,并设计了一种高速平移搬运机械臂;其次,详细分析、计算了视觉检测参数,设计了一整套可实现6自由度调整的视觉安装机构,并给出了视觉检测程序的工作流程及若干图像处理方法;再次,介绍了一检单元的主控流程;最后,制作了一台样机,用以验证分拣系统的科学性和准确性。测试结果表面,系统运行稳定,外观检测准确,提高了外观分拣作业的自动化程度。 In order to automatically inspect the appearance of the micro-switch’s six faces and move the unqualified one,an appearance inspection of six faces and sorting system based on machine vision is developed.Firstly,a whole inspection and sorting system solution is conceived,and a high speed moving manipulator is designed.Secondly,the vision inspection parameters are analyzed,for which a set of mounting mechanism with six degrees of freedom adjustment is designed,and the workflow of visual inspection program,including several image processing methods are given.Thirdly,the main control flow of the first part of the inspection and sorting system is described.At last,a physical prototype is produced for prove the specificity and accuracy of the sorting system.The result shows that,the system runs stably and the appearance inspection is accurate,which has improved the automatic level of the appearance inspection and sorting work.
