摘要
工业互联网技术是智能制造系统的重要基础,是实现智能制造的核心,在智能制造生产体系中有着重要的作用,其快速的发展,有效促进了设备间数据的传递、共享与分析,满足了企业智能化生产方面的需求,使企业的生产组织更加优化、高效。该文以智能装配生产线为平台,设计了智能装配生产线控制系统的总体软件架构,将工业机器人技术、PLC技术、视觉检测技术、人机界面技术及RFID技术通过工业互联网有效结合,完成了企业产品的智能化装配生产过程。
Industrial Internet technology is an important foundation of intelligent manufacturing system and the core of realizing intelligent manufacturing.It plays an important role in intelligent manufacturing production system.It's rapid development effectively promotes the transmission,sharing and analysis of data between equipment,meets the needs of intelligent production of enterprises,and makes the production organization of enterprises more optimized and efficient.Taking the intelligent assembly line as the platform,this paper designs the overall software architecture of the control system of the intelligent assembly line,and effectively combines the industrial robot technology,PLC technology,visual inspection technology,man-machine interface technology and RFID technology through the industrial Internet to complete the intelligent assembly production process of enterprise products.
