加强师德师风治理与建设之高职院校发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Higher Vocational Colleges to Strengthen the Governance and Construction of Teachers’Professional Ethics and Moral Instruction

针对目前高职院校少数教师在师德师风方面存在的问题,必须要加强师德师风治理与建设,前提是提高思想认识和政治站位,基础是着力加强制度体系建设,关键是建立创新监督机制,最后的保障是切实抓好工作落实。

In view of the problems existing in the professional ethics and moral instruction of a minority of teachers in higher vocational colleges,the governance and construction in this field must be strengthened.The premise of it is to improve the ideological understanding and political position,the foundation is to strengthen the construction of system,the key is to establish an innovative supervision mechanism,and the final guarantee is to pay close attention to the implementation of work.
