高校思想政治教育辅导员与学生谈心工作法探析

Analysis of the Heart-to-heart Talk between College Counselors and Students

与大学生谈心是高校辅导员工作的主要内容之一,也是确保高校思想政治教育工作能够有效实施的关键。针对辅导员在与大学生谈心过程中存在的问题,提出首先要加强对与学生谈心工作的重视程度,其次明确与学生谈心的具体要求,再次加强对学生进行引导和宣传的力度,最后提升辅导员和学生谈心的技巧与能力。

As the main content of college counselors’work,heart-to-heart talk with college students is the key to ensure the effective implementation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In view of the problems with the heart-to-heart talk between counselors and students,this paper advocates attaching importance to it,clarifying the requirements of it,guiding the students to understand it in a correct way and improving the heart-to-heart talk skills of college counselors.
