摘要 利用数学模型进行防洪影响分析具有投资少、周期短、对复杂边界具有良好的适应性等优点。采用二维平面水动力模型计算分析封开海事处码头工程建设前后河道水动力特性和流畅变化。结果表明,工作船码头工程对西江的设防洪水位影响不大,对工程所在河道以及周边相邻水道的整体河势及水流动力特性不会造成明显影响,工程上下游附近水域冲淤平衡较建设前有略微变化,整体影响可控。 The use of mathematical models for flood control impact analysis has been widely promoted. This is due to the advantages of low investment, short cycle, and good adaptability to complex boundaries. This paper uses a twodimensional plane hydrodynamic model to calculate and analyze the hydrodynamic characteristics and smooth changes of the channel before and after the construction of the Fengkai Maritime Department’s wharf project. The results show that the workboat wharf project has little effect on the fortification flood level of the Xijiang River. There will be no significant impact on the overall river regime and flow characteristics of the river channel where the project is located and the surrounding adjacent water channels. The balance of erosion and siltation in the waters near the upstream and downstream of the project has slightly changed compared with that before the construction, and the overall impact is controllable.
