渭河干流下游水环境水生态预警

摘要 渭河是黄河的最大支流,是陕西人民的母亲河,其下游流域孕育了富饶的关中平原,是陕西省经济的主要支柱区,经过近年来的治理,渭河生态区建设取得了一定成效,但距流域生态保护和高质量发展要求仍有差距。如水资源短缺,生态用水不足,污染速度得不到有效遏制等问题依然存在。渭河干流下游水环境、水生态预警,主要目标是摸清支流汇入、排污口汇入情况,并依据华县站水量与水质数据建立水质模型,进行水环境承载能力动态预警,应用模型预测不同流量下河段各位置主要污染物浓度,提出河段主要污染物入河总量的红线目标,对渭河干流(华县至潼关段)水环境承载状况进行评价,实行预警和限制性措施,为行政领导决策提供依据。 The Wei River is the largest tributary of the Yellow River and the mother river of the people of Shaanxi.The downstream basin breeds the fertile Guanzhong Plain, which is the main pillar area of Shaanxi’s economy. After recent years of governance, the construction of the Weihe River Ecological Zone has achieved certain results, but there is still a gap between the ecological protection and high-quality development requirements of the basin. The Weihe River still has problems, such as shortage of water resources, insufficient ecological water, and the rate of pollution cannot be effectively curbed. The main goal of early warning of water environment and water ecology in the lower reaches of the Weihe River is to find out the inflow of tributaries and the inflow of sewage outlets. And based on the water quantity and quality data of Huaxian Station, a water quality model was established to carry out dynamic early warning of water environment carrying capacity.Through the application of models to predict the concentration of main pollutants at each location of the river section under different flow rates, the target of the red line of the total amount of main pollutants in the river section is put forward. Through the assessment of the water environment carrying status of the main stream of the Weihe River(from Huaxian to Tongguan),and implement early warning and restrictive measures. It can provide a basis for executive leadership to make decisions.
