发展面向国家金融安全与发展的金融情报学的战略思考

Strategic Thinking on Developing Financial Intelligence Science Oriented to National Financial Security and Development

[研究目的]在经济金融化和金融全球化持续发展,大国竞争和百年变局影响不断加深的背景下,国家金融安全与发展面临的风险不断增大,因此深入思考面向国家金融安全与发展的金融情报学的学科发展问题,符合时代发展的要求。[研究方法]采取SWOT分析方法对我国发展面向国家金融安全与发展的金融情报学的优势、劣势、机会和挑战进行全面分析,为提出四点战略思考奠定了基础。[研究结论]对作为情报学理论基石和学科发展基点的情报概念进行了创新界定,提出面向国家金融安全与发展的金融情报学在情报学学科体系中的地位以及该学科应该重点研究的七大方面问题,特别强调应重视金融科技情报对于国家金融安全与发展的重要作用。

[Research purpose]Under the background of the continuous development of economic financialization and financial globalization,and the deepening competition among big countries,and the impact of century changes,the risks faced by national financial security and development are increasing.Therefore,the development of financial intelligence science oriented to national financial security and development is in line with the requirements of the development of the times.[Research method]Using the SWOT analysis method,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of China’s development of financial intelligence science oriented to national financial security and development,which lays a foundation for putting forward four strategic thoughts.[Research conclusion]This paper gives an innovative definition of the concept of intelligence as the theoretical foundation of intelligence science and the development of the subject and puts forward the position of financial intelligence science oriented to national financial security and development in the discipline system of intelligence science,as well as seven major aspects that the discipline should focus on.In particular,it emphasizes that we should pay attention to the important role of financial science and technology intelligence in national financial security and development.
