Research on the Curriculum System of National Security Law Major Under National Security Studies

[研究目的]构建国家安全法学专业,合理设置国家安全法学专业课程体系,培养维护国家安全的法治人才。[研究方法]通过分析国家安全法学学科建设背景和国家安全法学的学科特征,推导出国家安全法学专业课程设置的原则包括历史与现实相贯通、国际和国内相关联、理论和实际相结合。[研究结论]课程设置的原则决定了国家安全法学专业课程体系包括理论型课程群、方法型课程群和应用型课程群。

[Research purpose]In order to build the national security law major,construct a reasonable curriculum system for the national security law major,and cultivate legal talents who maintain national security.[Research method] By analyzing the background of the discipline construction of national security law and the characteristics of the discipline of national security law,the principles of the curriculum setting of national security law are derived,including the integration of history and reality,international and domestic linkages,and the combination of theory and practice.[Research conclusion] The principles of curriculum design determine that the national security law professional curriculum system includes theoretical,methodological and application-based curriculum group.
