远志药材薄层色谱自动分析评价方法研究

Intelligent evaluation of Radix Polygalae by thin layer chromatography

目的 建立远志薄层色谱自动分析评价方法,为远志药材质量自动评价提供研究支持。方法 对17批远志样品进行测定,采用薄层色谱分离、检识、条带自动取色、斑点色值处理、聚类分析、主成分分析,分析结果用于评价远志样本质量及特征成分。结果 与对照药材相比较,17批远志样品相似度在0.851~0.955,伪品相似度为0.445;18批样品聚类分析判别为3类;176个样品点聚类分析判别为7类。结论 远志薄层色谱自动分析方法对色谱斑点颜色识别度好、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于远志药材的真伪鉴别及质量评价。

Objective To establish an automatic thin layer chromatography(TLC) analysis and evaluation method of Radix Polygalae for providing a research support on the quality analysis of Radix Polygalae. Methods The 17 batches of Raxid Polygala samples were determined by TLC separation, identification, strip automatic color extraction, speck color value processing, cluster analysis and principal component analysis, and the analysis results were used to evaluate the quality and the characteristic components of samples. Results Compared with the control drug, the similarity of 17 batches of Raxid Polygala samples ranged from 0.851 to 0.955, and the similarity of forgery was 0.445. The 18 batches of samples were classified into three categories by cluster analysis. The 176 samples were classified into seven categories by clustering analysis. Conclusion The automatic TLC analysis method for Raxid Polygala has good color recognition, high sensitivity and reproducibility, which can be used for the authenticity identification and the quality evaluation of Raxid Polygala.
