钢筋套筒灌浆料的研制与效果评价

摘要 钢筋套筒灌浆料的性能直接影响装配式建筑节点连接的安全性,但实际工程中灌浆饱满度较差,连接效果也缺乏合适评价方法。通过在硅酸盐水泥灌浆料中掺入硫铝酸盐水泥,研究灌浆料流动度、强度和膨胀性,并通过钢筋拉伸试验和显微结构分析来评价灌浆饱满度和钢筋、套筒与灌浆料间的结合状态。结果表明:灌浆料流动度随硫铝酸盐水泥掺量增加而降低,合适掺量可以保证较高的早期强度和后期强度,并保持微膨胀状态;灌浆料与钢筋及套筒的结合力强,具有钢筋相似的变形行为和抗拉强度,实现了钢筋的有效连接。 The performance of reinforcement sleeve grout directly affects the safety of nodal connections in assembled buildings,but the grout fullness is poor in actual projects and there is a lack of suitable evaluation methods for connection effects.By introducing sulfoaluminate cement into the silicate cement grout,the grout flow,strength and swelling properties were studied,and the grout fullness and the bonding state between the reinforcement,sleeve and grout were evaluated by reinforcement tensile test and microstructure analysis.The results show that the grout flow rate decreases with the increase of sulfoaluminate cement dosing,while the suitable dosing can ensure high early strength and late strength and maintain the slightly swollen state;the grout has strong bond with the reinforcement and sleeve,has similar deformation behavior and tensile strength of the reinforcement,and achieves the effective connection of the reinforcement.
