基于规划模型对生产类企业原材料采购问题的研究 被引量:1

摘要 生产类企业原材料的采购和转运问题是企业管理层在控制企业成本方面重点考虑的问题。本文利用熵权法、0-1规划、多目标规划等系统性规划模型,结合企业生产运营需求构建了一套数学模型,用于筛选优质供应商,优化企业采购方案,控制原材料采购成本和转运成本,达到降低生产成本的目的。结果表明:利用熵权法可以有效量化供应商评分,获取优质供应商名单;利用LINGO软件结合系统性规划模型推测出某板材生产企业周采购最优方案为:采购实木板约9916.0 m^(3),细木工板约8404.8 m^(3),从而有效控制生产成本,提高企业利润。该模型适用于各类生产企业,具有一定的推广意义。 The issue of purchasing and forwarding of raw materials for production companies is a key study for business management in controlling business costs.This paper constructs a set of mathematical models by using systematic planning models such as entropy weight method,0-1 planning and multi-objective planning,combined with the production and operation needs of enterprises,which are used to screen high-quality suppliers,optimize enterprise procurement schemes,control raw material procurement costs and transportation costs,and achieve the purpose of reducing production costs.The results show that the entropy weight method can effectively quantify the supplier score and obtain the list of high-quality suppliers;Using LINGO software and systematic planning model,it is inferred that the optimal weekly procurement scheme of the enterprise is:purchasing about 9916.0 m^(3) of solid wood board and 8404.8 m^(3) of blockboard so as to effectively control the production cost and improve the enterprise profit.The model is suitable for all kinds of production enterprises and has certain popularization significance.
