Establishment of Medical Risk Early Warning Model Based on EMRS

文章通过对“以电子病历为核心”的医院信息系统相关数据的实时监控,运用建立的医疗预警模型,实现医疗风险的提前预判。首先,通过文献检索收集引起医疗风险的相关因素,然后运用德尔菲法筛选相关风险指标,运用层次分析法量化指标,确定风险指标权重,并将三级指标评估值录入到风险预警模型中进行评估。然后,经过多轮分析分别从患方基本情况、疾病信息、质量指标和管理因素等4个维度构建了医疗风险预警指标体系,包括13个二级指标和40个三级指标。预警系统通过自动抓取定量风险指标和定性风险指标,综合计算后给出自动化提示,以无风险、低度风险、中度风险、高度风险等结果展示,并及时在内部系统自动提醒。通过医疗风险预警系统的建设,成功实现了医疗风险的主动控制,从源头上减少了医疗纠纷,为医院风险管理提供系统、科学的依据。

This paper uses real-time monitoring of the relevant data of the hospital information system with“electronic medical records as the core”and uses the established medical early warning model to realize the advance prediction of medical risks.Firstly,collected relevant factors of medical risks through literature search,then use Delphi method to screen relevant risk indicators,used analytic hierarchy process to quantify indicators,and determined the weight of risk indicators.And enter the three-level indicator evaluation value into the risk early warning model for evaluation.Then,after multiple rounds of analysis,a medical risk early warning indicator system was constructed from the four dimensions of the patient’s basic situation,disease information,quality indicators and management factors,including 13 secondary indicators and 40 tertiary indicators.The early warning system automatically captured quantitative risk indicators and qualitative risk indicators,comprehensively calculates and gives automatic prompts,displayed results such as no-risk,low-risk,medium-risk,and high-risk,and automatically reminded them in the internal system in time.Through the construction of the medical risk early warning system,the active control of medical risks has been successfully achieved,medical disputes have been reduced from the source,and a systematic and scientific basis for hospital risk management has been provided.
