运动想象配合双侧训练在脑卒中康复中的应用

摘要 目的 分析运动想象配合双侧训练治疗脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法 选取2019年6月—2020年6月医院收治的脑卒中康复患者96例,随机摸球法分为对照组48例,接受双侧训练,观察组48例接受运动想象疗法配合双侧训练,对比康复效果。结果 治疗前两组患者各肌肉均方根值(root mean square value,RMS)、中位频率(median frequency,MF)差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组患者三角肌和肱二头肌RMS、MF均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者肢体功能差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组患者肢体功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 为脑卒中患者进行运动想象疗法、双侧训练不仅可提升患者运动功能、生活质量,也可改善肌肉功能。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of motor imagery combined with bilateral training in the treatment of stroke patients.Methods A total of 96 stroke rehabilitation patients admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group, 48 cases, who received bilateral training, and the observation group, 48 cases, who received motor imagery therapy combined with bilateral training. Compared recovery effects. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the root mean square value(RMS) and median frequency(MF) of each muscle between the two groups(P > 0.05). The RMS and MF of deltoid and biceps were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in limb function between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, the limb function of the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05);after treatment, the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Motor imagery therapy and bilateral training for stroke patients can not only improve patients’ motor function and quality of life, but also improve muscle function.
