芪术润下汤治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘患者的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Qizhu Runxia Decoctionon Functional Constipation of Qi-yin Deficiency

目的 通过临床研究观察芪术润下汤治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘患者的有效性。方法 将2020年1月—2021年1月在福清市中医院内科门诊就诊的84例患者随机分为对照组42例、治疗组42例,对照组予乳果糖口服溶液,治疗组予芪术润下汤,均治疗4周,随访4周。观察总有效率、中医临床症状评分、用药后平均每周自发完全排便次数、复发率。结果 (1)治疗组总有效率为95.2%,明显高于对照组的76.2%,两者对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)治疗结束后,治疗组的中医临床症状评分明显低于对照组,两者对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(3)相较于对照组,使用药物治疗后治疗组患者每周自发完全排便次数增多更明显,两者对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(4)治疗4周后,治疗组的复发率显著低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 气阴两虚型功能型便秘患者经辨证后采用芪术润下汤治疗,可提高临床总有效率、改善中医临床症状、增加排便次数、复发率低。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Qizhu Runxia decoction on functional constipation of qi-yin deficiency. Methods A total of 84 patients of qi-yin deficiency from Fuqing Chinese Medicine Hospital between January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into control group and treatment group. Each group was randomly divided into 42 cases. The control group was given lactulose oral solution,and the treatment group was given Qizhu Runxia decoction, both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The total effective rate, the clinical symptom score and the average number of spontaneous and complete defecation were observed and the recurrence rate after 4 weeks were observed. Results(1) The total rate of with efficiency of the treatment group was 95.2%, which was significantly higher than the control group that was 76.2%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2) After the treatment, the TCM clinical symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Compared with the control group, the number of spontaneous and complete bowel movements per week in the treatment group increased more significantly after drug treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4) After 4 weeks of treatment, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Qizhu Runxia decoction can improve the total clinical efficiency, improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, increase the frequency of defecation,and reduce the recurrence rate in patients with functional constipation due to qi-yin deficiency after syndrome differentiation.
