补中益气汤与凯格尔运动联合治疗老年女性SUI的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined With Kegel Exercise on Elderly Women SUI

目的 分析老年女性压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)采取凯格尔运动法与补中益气汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月—2021年4月收治的老年女性SUI患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组采取凯格尔运动法治疗,观察组实施补中益气汤加减联合凯格尔运动法治疗,对比治疗效果、漏尿量、有关疾病指标、生活质量、阴道压力。结果 观察组盆底肌耐力、总有效率、协调能力、盆底肌力量、咳嗽测试、终止测试、生活质量、阴道压力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分、1 h漏尿量、UDI评分、失禁频率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 补中益气汤加减同凯格尔运动法联合治疗老年女性SUI可有效改善临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Kegel exercise method and Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence(SUI) in elderly women. Methods A total of 96 elderly female SUI patients who were treated from July 2017 to April 2021were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 48 cases in each. The control group was treated with Kegel exercise, and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus combined with Kegel exercise therapy,the treatment effect, urine leakage, related disease indicators, quality of life, and vaginal pressure were compared. Results The pelvic floor muscle endurance, total effective rate, coordination ability, pelvic floor muscle strength, cough test, termination test, quality of life, and vaginal pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores, 1-hour urine leakage, UDI score and frequency of incontinence were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Kegel exercise can effectively improve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life in elderly women with SUI.
