心脏康复治疗在急性心肌梗死PCI术后应用的研究进展

Research progress in cardiac rehabilitation of acute myocardial infarction patients after PCI

急性心肌梗死是心血管疾病的急危重症之一,通过经皮冠状动脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)可恢复冠脉血流,心脏康复是急性心肌梗死PCI术后恢复期重要部分,但目前心脏康复治疗仍未得到普遍应用。本文就心脏康复治疗在急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者中的作用及机制、阶段划分、管理模式、疗效评估方法及未来展望等几个方面进行简要综述。

Acute myocardial infarction is one of the acute and critical diseases of cardiovascular disease.Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)can restore coronary blood flow and cardiac rehabilitation is an important part of the recovery period in acute myocardial infarction patients after PCI.However,cardiac rehabilitation has not been widely promoted.This article briefly reviews the role and mechanism,stage division,management model,curative effect evaluation methods and future prospects of cardiac rehabilitation in acute myocardial infarction patients after PCI.
