摘要 结合实际工程项目,对四坡屋面礼堂的预应力混凝土结构设计进行研究。分析了该类工程在结构设计过程中的结构体系布置、预应力筋线型的布设、预应力筋数量的计算、预应力损失的计算、梁底拉应力的计算和手工复核详细步骤。提出该类工程的结构设计的优化方法:檐口标高处加设架空夹层梁,采用梁上抬柱形式减小屋面梁的跨度确保屋面线条的流畅,夹层梁采用后张法预应力梁按照计算配置高强度低松弛预应力筋,补充配置部分普通钢筋。 Combined with the actual project,the prestressed concrete structure design of the auditorium with four slope roof is studied.The detailed steps of structural system layout,prestressed reinforcement line layout,prestressed reinforcement quantity calculation,prestress loss calculation,beam bottom tensile stress calculation and manual review in the process of structural design are analyzed.The optimization method of structural design of this kind of project is put forward:an overhead sandwich beam is added at the cornice elevation,and the form of lifting column on the beam is adopted to reduce the span of the roof beam to ensure the smooth roof line.The sandwich beam adopts post tensioning prestressed beam,which is configured with high-strength and low relaxation prestressed reinforcement according to the calculation,and supplemented with some ordinary reinforcement.
