摘要 大型商业建筑功能复杂,在高烈度区其结构设计有其特殊性,通过工程实例,对几个重要问题进行了探讨。大型商业建筑提高抗震设防类别为乙类的同时,应当提高结构安全等级为一级;通过采用轻型墙材、减少砌体墙,框架结构周期折减系数取0.9,显著减小结构地震作用和层间位移;对楼板局部不连续,进行整体计算时,按分块刚性楼板,局部指定弹性楼板,并利用有限元软件对地震作用下楼板的应力进行补充分析,对薄弱部位采取加强措施;影院放映厅抽柱后形成大跨单跨框架井字梁,其梁和柱作为关键构件进行了加强设计。 The functions of large commercial buildings are complex,and their structural design has its particularity in high seismic intensity areas.Through engineering examples,several important problems are discussed.When the seismic fortification category of large commercial buildings is increased to class B,the structural safety level shall be increased to class I;By using light wall materials and reducing masonry walls,the periodic reduction coefficient of frame structure is 0.9,which can significantly reduce the seismic action and inter story displacement of structure;For the local discontinuity of the floor slab,when calculating the whole,the elastic floor slab shall be designated locally according to the block rigid floor slab,and the stress of the floor slab under earthquake shall be supplemented and analyzed by using the finite element software,and the strengthening measures shall be taken for the weak parts;After the column of the cinema projection hall is extracted,a long-span single span frame well beam is formed,and its beam and column are strengthened as key components.
