摘要
基于典型中小学教学楼项目实例,通过砌体结构加固的承载力及构造要求进行复核分析,采用混凝土面层加固法对建筑进行加固,所作砌体结构加固分析及加固思路具有普遍性,其加固重点在于砌体墙承重构件,应给予特别重视,加固所采用的方法及细部构造应尽可能减少对原有结构的损伤及扰动,应特别重视并考虑结构的整体牢固性,此思路可作为同类工程的参考。
Based on the example of a typical primary and secondary school teaching building project,the bearing capacity and structural requirements of masonry structure reinforcement are reviewed and analyzed,and the building is reinforced by the concrete surface reinforcement method.The masonry structure reinforcement analysis and reinforcement ideas are universal.The emphasis is on the load-bearing components of the masonry wall,which should be given special attention.The methods and detailed structures used for reinforcement should minimize the damage and disturbance to the original structure,and special attention should be paid to and consider the overall firmness of the structure.This idea can be used as a reference for similar projects.
