摘要
混凝土模块建筑作为一种新的建筑预制部品,近年来得到了快速的研发和工程应用推广,但混凝土模块建筑的吊装技术还没有得到系统的研究。结合实际工程项目对混凝土模块的吊装技术做了系统的试验研究和理论分析,形成了模块无偏斜吊装设计理论、钢吊架的设计原理和模块安装精度控制关键技术,从而较为全面地解决了混凝土模块建筑吊装中的难题,为类似的混凝土模块建筑项目吊装提供技术支持。
As a new kind of prefabricated building parts,concrete module building has been rapidly developed and promoted in engineering applications in recent years.But the hoisting technology of concrete module building has not been systematically studied.Combined with actual engineering projects,the hoisting technology of the concrete module is systematically tested and analyzed in this paper.The hoisting design theory without deflection,the design principle of steel hanger and the key technology of module installation precision control are given,so as to comprehensively solve the problems in the hoisting of concrete module building,and provide module hoisting technical support for similar engineering projects.
