摘要 复合地层地质条件复杂多变,项目常压刀盘的大直径盾构掘进过程中常常因为一把刀损坏造成周边刀具同时损坏。通过科学的刀具管理手段、刀具检测技术,结合掘进参数变化、渣样分析综合判断,及时发现最先损坏刀具并进行更换,可达到保护其他刀具的目的。 The geological conditions of the composite stratum are complex and changeable.During the large-diameter shield tunneling of the atmospheric cutter head of the project,one cutter is often damaged,resulting in the simultaneous damage of the surrounding cutters.Through scientific tool management means and tool detection technology,combined with the change of excavation parameters and comprehensive judgment of slag sample analysis,the first damaged tool can be found and replaced in time,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting other tools.
