摘要
管片错台、成型隧道渗漏水,是盾构施工中常见的质量缺陷,控制好此两部分工作也是盾构施工规避群体性安全风险、隧道工后评价的关键措施。以深圳地铁6号线松岗公园站-溪头站盾构隧道区间施工实践为依托,在盾构穿越复合地层的地质条件下,综合分析盾构姿态、管片注浆质量控制因素。采取措施有效控制管片的错台、破损及隧道渗漏水,盾构区间施工完成后质量基本无缺陷,为今后类似工程建设质量控制提供参考。
Segment dislocation and water leakage of formed tunnel are common quality defects in shield construction.Controlling these two parts is also the key measures for shield construction to avoid group safety risks and post tunnel evaluation.Based on the construction practice of shield tunnel section between Songgang Park station and Xitou station of Shenzhen Metro Line 6,under the geological conditions of shield passing through composite stratum,the shield posture and segment grouting quality control factors are comprehensively analyzed.Measures are taken to effectively control the dislocation,damage and tunnel leakage of segments,and the quality is basically free of defects after the completion of shield section construction,which provides a reference for the quality control of similar projects in the future.
